Adam Maxwell has done it again. The most relatable release notes keep coming.

Release Notes for TeX Live Utility:
Changes Since 1.57

Love too release yet another new version with just a single fix for someone else's problem. This time the culprit is Apple, which chose to lobotomize the PATH environment in processes spawned by AuthorizationExecuteWithPrivileges on Golden Gate, thus breaking my code that's worked since 2008. "Enjoy that security theater, kids," I say from my mummified rest on Mojave, where the supply of new software has dried up like the desert itself, along with my programming ability.

If histroy repreats twice, once as tragedy, once as farce, we have skipped the former and supercharged the latter, with satire being the better reality.

Table from independent.co.uk:

Danke, Wikipedia :D

Soooo If one does not several times a year publish apps, a developer account is "dormant", if that's the case too log, the account is closed, and then apps are removed. What about Apps that simply work and do not need updates, Google?

@whitequark I tried a simliar thing, but turns out my (elderly) motherboard doesn't do bifurcation. So I had to buy the expensive card: www.sonnettech.com/product/m2-2x4-s… Cause it has its own PCIe switch.
