Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. Remember those who have been killed, injured, abused, tortured for being who they are. Remember those who have taken their own lives because they could not live in a world where they could not be themselves. Remember them. And make the world remember them.

Light blue, pink, and white candles on a black background, arranged in the order of the Transgender Pride flag. Beneath, the text "TRANSGENDER DAY OF REMEMBRANCE NOVEMBER 20" is displayed.

British Columbia locals, please charge your electronics and portable batteries. Make preparations for power outages. Get extra blankets out. The storm hitting us tonight and tomorrow could be really bad. Stay safe, everyone!! #vancouver #storm #bombcyclone

Oki Barbie 💕 I wanted to feel a little more representative of myself in my Barbie cosplay ♡ I used "Kokum" fabric to match the pink cowgirl outfit. This fabric was gifted to us by the Ukranian ppls who settled here and also experienced hardship. Read more in the video ♡ #Barbie #cosplay #kokum

"Where's everybody going? BINGO?" I had the privilege to guest handle @kristiclesgg.bsky.social at Otafest in 2023. Now, we wreak havoc together on the regular. So grateful to have met and become spooky friends 💜 #residentevil #adawong #leonkennedy #residentevil4

Recovering from top surgery? Here are some things I wish I would have known beforehand! 🏳️‍⚧️ #trans #transgender #ftm #topsurgery #chestsurgery

Delayed clothing euphoria. It took a while until I could wear the tank tops I was excited to wear. In fact any shirt that wasn’t a button up wasn’t an option for a while and I had bulky post op binder on for a month. A delayed clothing euphoria for sure.

Post op nausea! I don’t get queasy easily so I was all ready for a big meal after surgery but needed up feeling so ill. Oatmeal or something simple would have been a good way to go for me.

Feeling icky and sticky… that’s the best way I can describe it. A combo of not being able to bathe and just general healing made it hard to feel super clean.

Sleeping was tough… I sleep on my stomach, so sleeping on the back for a while meant sleepless nights. I was eventually able to construct a pillow setup that allowed for some comfort.
