Eternity has such a clever premise. The script’s lighthearted tone doesn’t always match the weight of its themes, but it all comes together neatly. Miles Teller and Elizabeth Olsen alone make it worth watching. My review is over on @framerated.co.uk and here:

I enjoyed writing this review a lot more than I enjoyed watching the movie. #Smurfs was very bad. Even for a kid’s movie. Rihanna phoned it in as did most of the others (except Offerman, of course). Skip the movie. Read the review.

Eddington is Joaquin Phoenix doing his thing. If you love watching him on screen like I do, this is a must. Be prepared to briefly relive the hell that was 2020. Pedro Pascal, Emma Stone, and Austin Butler and all there but this is the JP show.
