Superior oblique muscle action When the eye is abducted and in a neutral position, the superior oblique is a strong intorter, and when the eye is adducted, it is a depressor. Its tertiary action is the abduction of the globe. #neurology #neuroophthalmology #cranialnerves #anatomy
