Misty Knight A quick sketch/idea I started ages ago (2022?) and I never got round to completing.

Some older traditional media work (2017)

Thanks, same here, I often prefer these looser and more dynamic pieces, though I often feel (wrongly) they are more suitable for personal and not commissioned work.

The protagonist is vanilla, but the memorable guy is not. In the boys everybody will remember Homelander.

it's the "safe" effect. the good guy/hero is usually very ordinary, boring, safe and easily identifiable. The villain or odd guy is by consequence remquirky. Think of Luke Skywalker vs Han Solo. Leonard vs Sheldon in BBT. Micky Mouse vs Goofy. Richie Cunningham vs Fonzie.

Black Cat. an old one (2020) but I enjoyed the more cartoonish approach

(2/2) I guess that if they ever read this they might want to get in touch, but from what I gathered from our mail exchanges they are quite reserved, so I will want to respect that. But I agree, their imagination and references di strike me as the impressive

I haven't heard from them in a while, so I am not sure if they hang around here on Bluesky or not, they found and commissioned me from Hentai Foundry.
