Went to see The Wrath of Khan/Space Seed double last night and it was packed. Without commenting on any of the other stuff, I gotta say that the duel in the Mutara Nebula is the most beautiful space battle ever filmed. Just lovely.

I know the pattern of MCU characters appearing in Spider-Man movies is because of rights and contracts and whatnot, but the latest film has Jean DeWolff in it which tells me that the Holland films aren't strictly speaking Spidey movies but are rather Marvel Team-Up movies.

I really dug the second season of Batman: Caped Crusader. Near the end I was thinking "Why a German accent for the Joker?" and then it hit me that it was an homage to Conrad Veidt. They were doing The Man Who Laughs. Love it.
