Discord is a great way to talk to friends online but I remember when it dropped because everything got secretly worse. Rather than the open internet it was all various private servers where everyone is trying to one up each other in chat and you felt like you were intruding to join.

Tifa is actually the protagonist of Final Fantasy 7 I realized. Having the game told from a side character's (Cloud's) perspective is, I think, a major part of why people still find that narrative interesting to this day.

I think from the contemporary trilogy I'd rank it RE8 (Takes the best parts of 7 to make a cool re4) RE9 RE7 (Boring trend chasing) I feel like they already perfected mixing 7 and 4 to make 8 but they tried it again with 9? Still loved 9 but I think I want to replay 8 more.
