Went back home to for my first 10k race in 13 years. Wasn't expecting to run a 44:57, 13s away from my PR. Hopefully a sign I can break it soon. Finished off with a recovery beer and Taco House. Now on to half marathon training.

Welp, I forgot to shut off my phone's wifi-scanning for more "accurate" location detection before my run. It ended up tacking on an extra 1/2 mile to my actual distance.

My phone's wifi-scanning for location caused my tracked running route to zigzag down every road.

I modified part of my fence to help mitigate the backing up of water during flash flooding. You know, so my fence doesn't break and need replacing. Then Mother Nature decided to give her input. 🙃
