The thing that's bothering me about #TheBlockAU is that I don't think, even if they had a fully paid up, full time human band, and full time CGI team, that they'd be making these stupid jingles and silly edits. It's absolutely just the the "trendy" thing in the editors minds, and it's SOO AWEFUL!!

Every single "I decided to try Linux" video runs into the same problem... Video editing. If there was a single, easy, reliable way to get OBS and Resolve running, the youtubers would usher in the year of the Linux desktop for us! YouTuberOS with preinstalled OBS and Resolve maybe?

@dan.nerdcubed.co.uk @mrrebecca.co.uk Hey! I've just received my code for a physical copy of the book... What happens if I pay full price? Will I be deprioritized for not using the code? I want to support YOU not Unbound, but also, I've been holding out to read the physical book, and I'm dying

The dilemma: I really want to buy the cool display set of assorted gemstones, but I don't want people to think I believe in magic rock powers... wat do?

Why I collect vinyl. Thanks @durrymusic.bsky.social hope to see your live show one day.

THIS ONE RECORD IS WORTH MORE THAN 8,000 STREAMS. THE MODERN MEDIA LANDSCAPE HAS TAUGHT US THAT ENTERTAINMENT HAS NO TRUE VALUE. THAT THE ARTS ARE A FREE FLOWING COMMODITY, AND WE OWE THE CORPORATIONS FOR GIVING US ACCESS TO THEM, WHILE THEY PAY ARTISTS NEXT TO NOTHING. WHEN YOU BUY RECORDS YOU PUT THE POWER BACK WITH THE ARTIST. THIS RECORD WAS MADE BY REAL PEOPLE WITH REAL INSTRUMENTS. YOU'LL HEAR THE WRINKLES, YOU'LL HEAR THE WOOD CREAKING ON OUR CRUMMY GUITARS, AND THE REAL DRUMS BOUNCING OFF THE REAL WALLS OF A REAL ROOM FILLED WITH REAL FRIENDS. WE HOPE YOU LOVE THESE SONGS. WE HOPE THIS RECORD STAYS WITH YOU FOR A LONG TIME, AND WE HOPE SOMEDAY WE'LL MEET YOU FACE TO FACE AT A SHOW SO WE CAN THANK YOU PERSONALLY FOR TAKING THIS TIME TO LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM. WHEN YOU'RE DONE, WE HOPE THAT YOU'LL FIND ANOTHER SMALL ARTIST TO SUPPORT DIRECTLY.
FOREVER THANKFUL FOR THE LIFE WE HAVE, AND ALL THE PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE IT POSSIBLE..

I did it! I built my custom iPod classic! Protip: the 3800mah battery is NOT worth the hassle. Get a smaller one! Save yourselves!

We should probably all just block OpenAI’s IP address at this point. It’s given us every reason to.
