3 pieces of gear doing the heavy lifting: a leg lifter strap (moves leg when you can’t), a recirculating cooler on a timer (set & forget icing—just napped through a cycle), and 7 inch wedge-keeps the leg elevated & straight. Elevation for swelling, extension so the knee doesn’t settle into a bend.

Orange County got a state of emergency this week over a chemical that *might* leak. But San Diego’s South Bay has breathed measured toxic gases beyond chronic air standards for YEARS, with no such response. Same law, stronger evidence — the same standard should apply here. #TijuanaRiver #SouthBay

Disgusting...but better trapped on this surface than your lungs? All homes should use filtration all the time. We filter our water before we drink it....

Took a major tumble last night after stepping in a hole (missing sidewalk brick) in DC. Trump should focus on sidewalk repairs instead of lawns and launching a civil war! Loving our Monarchs and flowers grown from seed mixtures this year. Just heard 2025 Monarch count on West Coast-9,100 total!!! Being wiped out by pesticides and reduced food/land due to drought and fires. We have helped close to 50 along. It's magical to watch them go thru complete metamorphosis.
