There is no perfect solution(apart from, well… money) & there are many experiments ongoing to see what might work for specific parts of the evaluation process, e.g. 👉 partial randomisation 👉 use national or cohesion funds to fund positively evaluated proposals at EU level 👉 AI for expert matching
