It's a bit strange to talk to one queer friend who didn't transition. Because what we consider "usual", being misgendered, being excluded, being considered a menace for children, should not. And my friend is shocked to hear. It's a bit similar to the racism I experienced

TW suicide My friend just told me exactly what I say when I am suicidal. I hate lying, but this is one of the time when I am 100% dishonest. If a friend says "don't worry, I won't do it know because of X", it can mean they planned to do it and need to first find a solution for X.
