I love animating pixel art thingies. Since I bought a foldable Android, I didn't find a suitable app so I have built my own: dixel.app

I have started new series "Weekend SaaS Build". In the first episode, "Invoice generator" I use a simple SaaS with speedpy.com Boilerplate and @appliku.com for deployment. youtu.be/bHqvhlKuPR0

So the right way is: optimistic about what is possible, pessimistic in planning, and otherwise not spending your mental energy dwelling on what could be. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁 (3/9)

The worst productivity problem isn't hitting your daily LLM limit. It's hitting your biological one. The API refills at midnight. Your brain refills in 8 hours you won't give it. Guess which one you respect.

Today I let go two nextjs-based documentation sites and replaced with with python based static sites. The build time with nextjs was: 3+ minutes. The build time with pure python version: 26 seconds. Not only AI is overheating the planet, it was JS all this time. Still is.

My Codex usage lately is purely specs and code reviews invoked by Claude via "codex exec". And the lowest ChatGPT paid plan is on track to be almost fully consumed by this activity alone. And it works so well in this combo!

Appliku now supports fine-grained GitHub/GitLab tokens: scope access to only the repos/projects you deploy, keep manual deploys working without webhook permissions, and get clearer access errors. Docs: docs.appliku.com/docs/applica...

Now that I arrived at a combo with: gitlab tickets&comments and agents running on my home PC in tmux, and I bought a Moto Razr Fold, work really never stops. Just waiting for the next telegram notification which means I need to give them the next task. Is burnout coming? Dunno

Asked codex to do a security review of the codebase. While it found some low priority things that I was aware of, it did bring up some unpleasant issues that were there for a couple of years. Fixed most of them already. All while sipping 2nd morning coffee. Wild times!

Today coding with @cursor_ai the whole day because of the problems that Claude is having. I am actually impressed by the progress they made, their model is insanely fast and works great! Haven't really used my cursor subscription for like 6 months or so. Glad I kept it! Wow!

Wrote 80% of the spec today for the automation of my workflow. I am super excited. I just love when all the manual work that somehow got shaped into a repeated process gets automated and saves if not too much time but at least cuts the manual work

I think after a year of active usage of these AI coding agents I have articulated my own workflow. I am doing it manually now. And now I set out to automate it. It is somewhat specific to the tools I use, but implementation is very simple in fact. Wish me luck.

Sitting here building @appliku.com CLI and a skill for CC to use it. So far so good. Just added the skill to speedpy.com Time to try it all together. Super excited, feeling bad it took me long enough to release CLI, but it came out really good. Lots of work ahead though

Finally realized what this hype is about. Now speedpy.com boilerplate uses `uv`, also @appliku.com defaults to python3.13-uv+node 25 Dockerfile. Super excited, it is really a super convenient and amazing tool. I can't believe I waited that long to make the switch which was insanely easy! 10/10!

Every time I lose track of what I care about deeply and do something purely for someone else - productivity drops and I find myself paralyzed, unable to keep working. Still need to learn how to better and faster detect that

Sunday evening, I am sitting here completely drain by the real life responsibilities and asking AI to review some old and working code. Feels like busy and pointless work, yet it improved some old things that I forgot I needed to look at.

Bought the PS5 controller. stayed wired for a few days, thought that I need to configure it somehow for Linux or that my BT dongle is bad. turns out I pressed the wrong button combo to put it into the pairing mode 🤦‍♂️ now it works. Problem was between the keyboard and the chair 🤣

No app is perfect for everyone. What's ideal for one is useless for another. (e.g. to-do apps or note-taking apps.) "Best" is subjective and personal. Your favorite might be my nightmare. What matters is finding the right fit. That's why there’s room for 200 competitors.
