I’ll be shifting focus today to the FreakPupper. I did make a smaller, more Freakhound-like ear, and the plan is to make two more blendshapes: - Larger Tail - Longer Tail I also need to look into the animation controller, as I’d like an ear flick and a tail wagging animation. That’d be perfect. 👌

Not many updates on the Blender projects. I’ve been focusing the past week on fixing the weight paint on the Altis Techwear outfit for the X-Doggo. After seven days of staring at paint, the pants now bend with the avatar correctly! 😂

It’s crazy to think. About six months ago I had very little experience with Blender, and now, I’m good enough to be dangerous in it. There’s still a great deal to learn like weight painting, but that will come with more time and experience. Onward we go!

Finished my first refit of a swimsuit to the Fennix Ultimate Remix last night! I had to made some minor adjustments to it, and it needed the Fennix's armature. I'm soo excited to wear it, because my Fennix matches my X-Doggo in style! Thank you for the help, @cloudhusky.bsky.social !

While I'm working on the FreakPupper, I've started two side projects for fitting clothing to a different avatar base, and one of them is adapting a swimsuit to the Fennix Ultimate Remix. The first two pictures are the work-in-progress in Blender, and the third one shows it on the X-Doggo Remix.

Dialed in the FreakPupper today, and I'm ecstatic as ever! While plenty of work remains with the blendshapes, a retexture for a friend, and other odds and ends, it's amazing to use it as an actual avatar finally, and it's been one heck of a rollercoaster. More to come!
