Really pleased to share the main work from my PhD in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition! A lot of work in this one featuring 10 days of complete diet provision and resistance exercise training in fantastic participants having muscle biopsies, ultrasounds, DXAs and blood draws to name a few!
