Guess who had a spectacular fucking day yesterday, and the day before that, and also today as well

Status update nobody asked for: the swelling in my left hand has all but disappeared, while the swelling in my right is still present BUT noticeably smaller from how it used to be (to me) which is a huge improvement knowing I couldn't see any visible change in the swelling for like months
