In a USA style sports league parity is best approximated by a Gini coefficient-like metric imo. Here's an excel plot using fbref data of the nwsl. I'm pretty neutral on expansion but worth knowing this imo

NWSL standings Gini coefficients between 2013-2026 (to date). It hovers around 0.15 but jumps up in 2018 and to a lesser degree in 2024, while dipping down in 2023.

Cai's was a very enjoyable route of Part 1. Thought the finale landed things well. For me the game difficulty was pretty solid for letting me get thru the story while having a few of the bosses require quite a bit of blessing aid

I think the reason I actually get annoyed about this is that sporting punishments don't actually address the primary goals of the sportswashing. Throw the book at ownership/ staff but the quality on the pitch is an orthogonal issue imo, so points deduction and such don't interest me
