Personal Win. 2.5 years ago I tore my pec off benching in an accident. It was awful. Had surgery. Long recovery. Last night I managed to shoulder press 100lb dumbbells for eight reps. Which was my pre-tear max. It meant a lot to finally get back there, safely.
