The first cold day has arrived, and this little mushroom is already turning purple. A scarf, please! 😄 Could it be a *Laccaria amethystina*? A tiny, violet-colored beauty typical of the autumn forest. #Macrophotography #KingdomFungi #Mushrooms #Autumn #Forests

A small, amethyst-violet mushroom peeks out from among the dry oak leaves. Its rounded, slightly glossy cap stands out against the ochre and coppery tones of the autumn forest floor. To its right, a smaller mushroom has a piece of its cap missing—as if some forest dweller had already sampled the menu. A little autumn scene, full of color and humor.
