@minillmidori.bsky.social and I (and one random person who came to add their blorbos!) made a beautiful piece together yesterday while waiting for the #Artfight team reveal!!

Just how deep do you believe? Will you bite the hand that feeds? Will you chew until it bleeds? Can you get up off your knees?

Redrew/Remade an old WIP of Dream Koi to fix it. There's alot of early art I've been improving lately. I'm very proud of the result.

Slow progress on my OC Scrapbook project. It's good progress but it's still going to take a week and it's getting way too close to artfight. I may have switch gears just to get the streaming ready and get assets ready for artfight.

Also somehow my husband managed to get the doll shoes onto koi and get her to stand so that’s something. She does look rather menacing #cottondoll #minidoll

All of these polished digital drawings and a crazy amount of prep and still life drawings for those - and eventually I’m probably going to have to start work on some spritework for a friends singing group - once I finish this big two person piece

FeelingKoi @koisaquarium.com · 05/02/2025

Sorry I’ve been so quiet - I’ve been mostly either in Finnish class, drawing for realms away, or doing studies for realms away

Two failed attempts and then a final breakthrough, sleeves need to be shortened and i may need to widen the middle still but slowly im getting the right dimensions for what i want

I really want to get better / more casual outfits for my dolls, as what i have now is either really dramatic or really… silly. My husband made this outfit out of a kids hand scrubber puppet …

FeelingKoi @koisaquarium.com · 26/01/2025

I figured out a way to store my doll clothes today, though I have no energy to make anything yet. I figure that food bags will be the best way to keep the outfits I have together. I left my dolls downstairs and I’ll continue or well, start to work on some clothes tomorrow #minidolls #cottondolls

Spent today factoring and refactoring the same artwork several different ways for different form factors for redbubble. It isn’t perfect and I wish redbubble would allow me to change every individual product instead of product types. Their data and templates are inconsistent and it’s hellish but-

Adding my baby to the #cottondoll / #minidoll pile! It’s of my old design and I hope to make or get a doll of my new design

Embroidery (it’s the old design of Koi but that’s because the sketch was old) I’m pretty happy with it so far though I should probably buy embroidery thread and try that at some point #embroidery #oc #art

the worst part about being scammed is not the money lost but the fact I gotta sit here and make my own starting soon screen now ;-; I'm tired

A work in progress snippet of a digital drawing of my main mascot oc, Koi, looking upwards towards the sky, whilst sitting on a moon rested on some clouds. It is zoomed in and rendered in flat colours, with my watermark @feelingkoi sitting in the middle of it, discouraging people from copying the artwork

Swatches + tests in my new sketchbook. Markers seem to bleed but the paint stays okay so that’s good. I need to label my Ikea markers and possibly also swatch my pencils and such

I realise I didn't post the Yllande Commission here but I'm litterally over the moon at it! I've loved Yllande's art style for years so when I tell you I was crying -
