omg best compliment ever, thank you so much😭🩷 i use procreate so it might be diff for u. i made copies of my color layer, set it to color dodge and lowered opacity. then did the same thing but blurred it so when its clipped to the lines is has the glowy rimlight effect, and then also added a bloom.
