The suit integrates with the wearer's nervous system through non-invasive means, and can stimulate (or prevent stimulation) of the muscles to make them do certain things. For instance, force the wearer's pelvic floor muscles to work while also loosening their urinary sphincter.

Usually there's no changes to the wearer's underlying physiology! The suit itself can bend space a bit, compressing/rearranging the wearer's body, and providing some support where needed. The moves and attacks are purely the suit's doing, think of it like power armor almost!

The suit integrates with it's wearer on a very significant level! It can mess with their brain chemistry, hormone levels, stimulate emotional centers, make movements harder or easier, mess with their paw-eye coordination, eyesight, etc! It's quite sophisticated!

They can be enabled or disabled by the trainer! This is Veil several months in, after he's been worn down a lot, and allowed to test out his powers under close supervision. Team Snug isn't dumb enough to give their captures superpowers right out of the gate! For voluntary 'mons, it's optional ^^

Yeah, so, turns out that a Pokémon's endocrine system is far more powerful than a human's. Throwing around attacks and abilities feels amazing for them, akin to the most intense thrill and exhilaration a human can experience, with no crash, on-demand. Veil was finally allowed to learn a move! <3

There *are* truly permanent options, for truly dedicated kinksters, in which case the suit binds with the wearer completely and there's no simple way to get them back out again! That's a pretty extreme option however, and most are more like what Fable is describing!
