I got that in 3XL, and the legs are a biiiiit short for me. It fits me, but as I have a big butt and thighs, the lower part is a bit short, so when I close it, it can strangle just a bit 😅 I wear 4XL for ODU's onesies and 3XL for LilComfort's overalls/shortalls if it can help ☺️
