🍃 NEW BLUESKY UPDATE FOR STREAMERS 🍃 you can now set your status on bsky to ‘live’, with a ring appearing around your profile picture, and when people click on it they get taken straight to your stream! this is very very cool stuff 🍃 | #vsky #twitch #livestream |

the UI for Bluesky ‘go live’ setting, showing a place to put your live link, the thumbnail of the link, and you can set how long you’re going live for

*⁀➷ i'm super stoked to share; I'm part of the new @mooncat.games creator hub ! go check them out if you're a creator and love cute/cool/beautiful (indie) games, they represent some real gems 🤍 bonus question; can you find all the cats in the graphic?

graphic with art of my character surrounded by little cat drawings, saying 'Hi, I'm a new mooncat games creator, nice to meet you!' The right side of the graphic is a bright orange with white text, the left side is the artwork!

"if I just work hard enough, eventually I'll make it" No. cause if you don't make it that means you didn't work hard enough. And that isn't fair to your efforts. there are so many factors outside of your hands. So much success is luck, and failure is not always your fault. cut yourself some slack.

I've been creating content for 7 years, but I was never really in the right space to pursue growth / partnership with specific steps this year I've started taking good care of myself (with amazing help), meaning I've been able to keep a solid stream schedule. this felt like a natural step ♡

🌼 hii friends this is an update from the discord, (alt text in photo) ♡ tldr; my (no longer) secret goal for this year is to get partnered on twitch, and I want to be a smidge less 'variety' until we reach that ♡ I will focus on a niche game (MC), while occasionally playing another game still 🌙

hii friends I hope you're all well! as some of you might have noticed, i've not been playing the sims as much on stream these days, and i wanted to just explain a liiiittle bit as to why

it's a bit of a mix between;
- after a bunch of years of streaming, I'm (silently but now no longer silently i guess hahah) working towards getting twitch partner, and my secret goal was to try and get it in 2025. i notice that while i really love the sims, it's sadly just a game that tanks my discoverability and for the sake of wanting to take the partner 'push' a little more seriously, i've decided to stay with one game (minecraft) a little more for now
- i love playing the sims off stream, and sometimes it felt like all my 'good' sims playthrough ideas were going to stream stuff and i was left not really knowing what to play in my free time with sims

i understand this may come as a bit of a bummer to some of you who (like me) really love the sims, but i'll still stream the sims whenever i really feel like it, or during subathons or longer streams, or on bonus streams - it's just that i need to make some sacrifices here and there to be able to achieve the goals i want to achieve and get to a point of generating a bit more income with content creation (partnership and higher average viewers will help a lot with future sponsorships and ad revenue!)

PS: if you want to help me with this journey to partner (we're still a while off for now but you can already support the cause!):
- leave a lurk on the stream even if you're busy by muting the tab not the stream (remember; your lurk only counts in 3 streams at once)
- claim your daily daisies, and other channel point rewards
- interact with go-live posts, youtube videos, and content on other platforms
- clip funny, wholesome, interesting, cool moments in the stream
- tell your friends about the stream / community! (please don't go into other streamer's communities to promote this stream, unless they have a 'self-promo' channel)
