I needed lots of seams to get the curved shapes, so this is the design I came up with. Here is the head while test fitting the pieces. 020

This is so the ears can be bent down and they pop back up. The hair is just a mohawk design stuffed with polyfill. 060

I used a nice looking pattern for the foam base, but it had a pretty complicated shape, which made covering it with nylon difficult. I used the pattern from Chilli Cosplay on Etsy. I used a different technique for these, which was to use quilt batting between two layers of nylon to keep that squishy look. At least I could use a premade pattern, which I got from matrices.net. This also has a nice lining for my feet! 050
Kobuk the Husky @ GBUS, MIR, ANE @kobukthehusky.bsky.social · 02/09/2025Here is the bodysuit coming together. The pattern had to be scaled up by about 30% in order for it to be the correct size after it was stuffed. This was kind of a pain to make, but I'm pretty happy with the result so far. 170
