most ppl don't know this, but the reason kobolds don't appear in Rasputin Must Die is the Paizo devs couldn't figure out how to safely introduce a species that seeks to serve the evilest villains to 1900s Earth. a solution to this challenge would not be found until 2 years later, in Minions (2015).

My gran (b.1931) had gay/trans stuff explained by her mother when she was maybe six? It is what is, you can’t hurt anyone, etc. She essentially spent her life not caring. Late on I had to explain it wasn’t because of weak mothers, etc. She understood & became appalled anyone would bother them.

You ever think about how GMing norms, especially in D&D, have fully accepted the idea that the GM's fun is immaterial to a session's success? "It's okay that the players stomped your bossfight as long as they had fu" buddy, I spent 3 hours prepping that bossfight. I didn't do it for them.
