Nom-nom bids you good evening!!! Sometimes, life throws us big curve balls. Mine did, and the ugly depression monster came for a lengthy stay. The election didn't help. New meds, however, are making a difference. I wrote 235 words in 'Song and Staff' last week. That doesn't seem like much, but it's a step forward. I had to severely cut back on my coffee, which provided some seriously icky headaches for about 2 weeks.
