Finally posting here. Posted on facebook/instagram back in mid april. Got this idea from a friend of mine to share the books she is reading. I use storygraph to track my books. Slow at first as I was trying to figure out the main character. Once it pulled me in, I couldn't put it down.

Bought this book in Duluth in March at an independent bookstore. Just happened to find it on the shelf. I could NOT put it down recently. Finished in less than a week. Probably would have finished it in a day or two if I just sat, read, and did nothing else. It was quite an interesting read.

Finished this book back in May. The author is from Madison, Wisconsin. I enjoyed reading this book. Quick Read. I love reading about President Lincoln and his family. Will definitely read other books by this author.

Wow! What a great book to read! Very thought-provoking! Took my time reading and understanding it! So much referencing of our current government to that of governments from Germany, Soviet Union, etc. Can't wait to read his other books and learn so much more.

Finished reading Randy Rainbow's book. Lots of references to his first book. Laughed and enjoyed the book. Can't wait to read his other books. I should have read his books in order. Oh well! I enjoy his musical parodies! Kyle and I saw his show when it was in Minneapolis. Lots of laughs he provides.

I keep messaging my Republican Senator and Representative as well as my Democratic Senator. But feel like they don't listen to a word I say about my problems or about my concerns and give some bullshit reply.

The shirt i wore today while not watching the Inauguration! Not one person in my family watched! Cleaned/purged stuff in our utility room. Watched a documentary about "The Hello Girls", watched a movie called "Shirley" on Netflix about the first Black Women in Congress, and then Zero Dark Thirty.

Time Magazine says that Trump is Person of the Year. 🤮 I just cringed when I heard this! Made me want to throw up. There are so many other choices out there to be person of the year that have better resumes that could be person of the year. Who would you name as person of the year?

Coming to bluesky to see what it is about. I closed my Twitter account about 6 mo. To a year ago. I only had it to follow the high school and the extra curricular activities that my children were in. But didn't like seeing all the bots and especially didn't like that Elon took over.
