There was a time a few seasons ago when the thought of missing a game would have been unthinkable. I've probably only been to 4 or 5 games in this calendar year, despite having a season ticket. Giving serious consideration to this being my last season.

Slowly falling out of love with modern football. It started at the end of last season when I missed quite a few home games. Went downhill further when Trump and Infantino tried to manipulate the World Cup in the USA's favour. Now we have a nation state putting pressure on the Premier League.

I've seen us dominate our rivals for 15 years. I've seen us beat one of the best and most expensively assembled sides in football history with nothing more than a bunch of free transfers, youth graduates and lower league European unheard ofs. Not to mention dozens of other memorable games.

In the 30 years since, I've seen a play-off final at the Millenium Stadium, 5 promotions to the Premier League, including back-to-back promotions, our highest top flight finish in my memory, 3 Championship title wins, a play-off final win at Wembley, and a League 1 title win.

My first #NCFC game at Carrow Road was October 1996. Delia and Michael joined the board just a couple of weeks later and became majority shareholders a few months after that. My time following our great club has, until the last couple of years, almost perfectly coincided with their custodianship...
