Calgary transit is terrible. -27 temps, waited for my “express” bus with over a hundred other people and a short bus arrived. Not gonna cut it. Had to wait for another bus @calgary.ca #transitfail #commuterfail

Poppy buds! More frost on the way. Cut some flowers from my garden and brought them inside.

Danish flag poppy flower bud just opening. It’s all crinkly with vibrant colours of red and white

Poppy flower buds cut from my garden now in a vase in my kitchen. Two canna lily stalks cut and put in a vase as well. Frost again tonight. Trying to save some flowers for indoor blooming! Poppies are purple and Danish flag but still haven’t opened.

Calgary public transportation is the worst. Bus pulled up let one person on. Closed doors and me and another guy were trying to get on. Guy banged on door to open it. Bus pulled out and left. Then sat at a red light for 2 mins. The worst bus service ever.
