Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/09/2026The behaviour of pro-choice protestors was terrible. Drowning out speeches with loud speakers, blowing whistles in people's ears, refusing to engage in civil discussion. They can't even defend their position when asked. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Do you have a link to the 9 in 10 survey? That sounds high to me, given that in America it's 7 in 10 at most. 110
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/09/2026They did no yelling; it's the pro-choice counter protestors who were screaming into their loud hailers, blowing whistles in people's ears, drowning out pro-life speeches, and refusing to engage in conversation. They are useless advocates. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/09/2026It's likely he gets his strong beliefs from his parents. They brought him up well. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/09/2026He didn't kick off, they did. Pro-choice people acted much more aggressively than the pro-life march, which is always characterised by kindness. I guess you weren't there. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/09/2026It seems rather more bigoted to mark a whole section of society - the unborn - for death as a result of your 'choice'. There were thousands of women in the pro-life march; they are the driving force of pro-life organisations. 310
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 26/11/20251. Misogamy is dislike of or aversion to marriage. 2. You are being misogynistic in thinking women can't handle the typical banter of the Commons. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 25/10/2025I can't find a good overview link but you can look up his work on birthmarks and also past-life memories among children (work carried on by his colleague Jim Tucker, following Stevenson's death). 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 21/10/2025That's what it sounds like: I don't want it and it can't stop me so it's okay. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 21/10/2025Abortion is a woman not only announcing but enacting oppressive power on the most vulnerable and innocent. That is most certainly not a right. 200
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 21/10/2025It is a child. Yes I'm keen on human beings not being killed. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/10/2025Morality is all about agreeing general rules for everyone's business. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/10/2025Ian Stevenson has shown that consciousness survives the physical body. AI will become conscious like us only when our minds will be able to plug into it. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 06/10/2025So do you think it's bad in all other circumstances? I'm glad that we agree. By the way, a child cannot survive an ectopic pregnancy so there's no moral quandary there. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025How did Western culture end up here, with the idea that it is a legitimate expression of freedom and the proof of equality for a woman to be able to kill her own child. A depraved and broken society, I'm afraid. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025A foetus can only be said to be non-viable when it's been removed. Killing it in the womb can't prove its non-viability. C-sections and vaginal delivery are preferred because a) they're quicker b) less chance of infection c) the baby is given a chance. The mother likely hopes the child can survive. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025The greater the use of contraception the greater the 'need' for abortion. This is quite obvious. A better society would be fighting to reduce abortions because no woman goes into a relationship wanting an abortion. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025The names of abortion pills within a heart and stuck on the wall as something to be proud of...extraordinary. Love does not equal killing. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025Not sure if true but one can only hope that this might one day happen and all human beings' lives can be protected and valued. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025The right to life must be extended to all human beings across the United States and across the world. Only then can anyone truly say their lives have value. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025Abortion/birth can likewise be seen as a metaphor for immigration and to what extent we welcome the weak and vulnerable even if it costs us something. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025Healthcare is the opposite of abortion. You are so far on the wrong side of history you can't even see the dividing line with a Hubble telescope. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025Why in the 21st century are we still doing these barbaric things? Our ignorance is only matched by our abuse of power. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025'Post-birth abortion' is where a child is either killed or allowed to die if born during a failed abortion. It's been documented to have happened and not just a couple of times. It is only because you are blind to the immorality of abortion that you can't conceive that sth like this can happen. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025Given that exceptions for the mother's life exist do you agree that women are not being killed by abortion laws? 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025I guess therefore that the chart is wrong throughout. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025As a test I looked up Mississippi's abortion law and they do allow for life-saving care for the mother and yet on your link it says there are "none stated" (exceptions). Same for Texas, whose law I have read. They have an exception but your chart says "none stated". 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025It's not necessarily relevant but there are trans-supporting bits in the Gospels, not that they're right either. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025I choose to follow science and logic. That normally works well. There's no guarantee that one's conscious thoughts reflects the subconscious; the definition does not match your or general trans claims. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025That definition doesn't work. You must come up with one that does. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025You can't even define it. Look at how Dawkins grounds male and female in The Selfish Gene. BTW gender can't be defined divorced from sex. 110
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 03/10/2025I'm Norwegian. Those examples are in parts of those countries and most of them don't include trans in the gender binary as they fashion a third gender for instance. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025Are you saying someone's self-ID might be wrong because they subconsciously identify otherwise? 200
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025You can't define your terms, the first step in any objective inquiry. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025Your circular definition is empty. If you can't define it then you don't think it exists whatever you might say otherwise. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025You're proving my point by cashing out cultural difference as hate. Not being down with a niche western belief system does not make one hateful. What the OP needs is a culture-agnostic hate metric. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025That's a small fraction of the global cultural range, and so doesn't contradict what I said. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025You still haven't managed to give a trans-inclusive definition of woman. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025Most people claiming to be trans allies only started piping up when it became trendy. When it stops being trendy they'll be first out of dodge. 000
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025Can you not speak to the main problem with this project? 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025Yes, they don't care about trans people because they don't think people can be trans...and you can't even define them. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025That's like defining dog as dog. You can't be a trans ally if you can't define it inclusively. 100
Klemens Jo @klemensjo.bsky.social · 02/10/2025Nobody has portrayed all immigrants as dangerous criminals. 000
