The primary used RCV. Why are the dems not looking at who his voters chose as a 2nd choice? Wouldn't that be democratic? Why should party elites, who didn't vote for Platner, decide? Using the RCV votes would also not alienate unaffiliated voters who chose Platner. Are dems for democracy or against?

Well, it's fairly obvious when a democrat says protect their "neighbors", that they mean illegal invaders. They fight ICE deportations, not wanting to lose their voter base. Many ICE fighting democrats use that very same verbiage.
