3D Vector class in C++ implemented w/ Expression Templates. The root motivation behind this approach is that you can "lazily evaluate" & compose vectors expressions together, and avoid the redundant loops & memory allocations associated with typical or naive CPU based vector operand implementations.

just finished reading this book. would recommend if you have any interest in social and/or economic networks and want a light intro. a majority of the metrics & models (ex: centrality, schelling) are explained with language and images rather than math notation which is nice.

they look super pretty. the efficiency losses are unfortunate, but it'd be interesting to see if aesthetics are enough to stimulate adoption. i've always seen the small scale of solar PVs and their capacity to be distributed in urban areas as one of their boons and nice colors could help w/ that

SMTV and Vengeance's soundtrack did such a good job at setting atmosphere and tone. Game talks a lot about gods, knowledge, ascension, and yadda yadda, but the soundtrack really makes me feel all of it and gives every moment a touch of otherworldliness

not sure if some people understand that part of what makes creating so rewarding is the fact that it *is* hard. It doesn’t matter if you’re been painting or writing for 80 years— every piece will have problems that need solving, and few things feel better than figuring it out.

Interpolating between various FEH units based on their stats & grabbing the nearest unit to each 1/10th of the line. I made this for fun a while back but decided to make the visuals slightly nicer. The graph shows the distance of each "nearest unit" to the interpolation line.

Really loved arcane s2. Think an extra... 3 episodes laced throughout the season would've helped a lot though. So many plot threads and dynamics between characters that I think deserved more time on-screen personally.

Finally got around to beating Freedom Planet 2 and getting the True Ending. Had a lot of fun, and gameplaywise it feels like an improvement of the first game in almost every way. Will take a break then try get a couple S-ranks & mess with some of the other characters now that i'm done w/ main game
