The moment @kittyobsidian.bsky.social won Melbourne Rubber 2025. A fantastic performance and a strong candidate to go to the @mirubber.bsky.social contest in 2026. In the mean time, join us for our party October 19th to cheer on previous winner Elliot as they represent Australia in Chicago.

My little gay fam. When I tell you I CANNOT wait to host SMUT the show for Adelaide fringe. Believe it. An all SW cast/crew doing what they do best - mandatory tipping $$ (included in your tickets but yiu can buy more!) & just a bunch of queer, trans, & sexy AF sw babe's doing what they do best.

I really struggle to put all of the amazing things I'm doing out there. Often because I'm juggling being an exhausted disabled babe with putting on the absolute best show I can for every booking. But oooft it's been an amazing few weeks!

I will not be celebrating Invasion Day. As an immigrant I want to celebrate my adoptive country, but it can't be on this day. It's changed before, it can change again.

Kitty Obsidian @kittyobsidian.bsky.social · 14/01/2025

Demand change. By buying tickets to shows run by BIPOC babe's & have actually diverse casting & not going to shows that are not you can stop this rise of conservative wyt supremacist BS in the performing arts. Cause I'm fucking tierd of fighting to make changes. Step up and be an ally - it's a verb

Audiences! Vote with your feet! Ask the venue/club/producer why their isn't more diverse bodies on the line up. I'm not talking about just 1 person who is not cis/wyt/thin/abled I'm talking the majority of the line up should be diverse - it's what makes a show interesting!!! You have the power to 2)

Kitty Obsidian @kittyobsidian.bsky.social · 14/01/2025

Burlesque performers. We are very clearly sliding backwards in representation of BIPOC, trans, fat & disabled bodies on lineups. If your booked & the line up is all thin/cis/wyt YOU need to speak up! YOU need to demand better for us all. Don't be complacent & use your privilege to support us! 1)
