LOOK AT IT!!!! Look at how pretty the washi tape turned out! As I said in my video the other day (that no one saw 🙃)- I'll *start* packing and shipping the orders WITHOUT stickers this week. (The stickers unfortunately need to be re-printed and I am waiting on an ETA for those) #HeatedRivalry

A photo of three rolls of HR themed washi tape designed by Kitty- one of each colour (blue, purple, and green)- partially unrolled to show the various thematic doodles.

A stack of a roll of each of the 3 colours of washi tape.

A closer look at a segment of the unrolled design in the blue.

Another view of all 3 colours of the tape.

Literally ALL of the "masters" used reference. They had models sit for them. Painted en plein air (outside) for landscapes. They used mirrors for self portraits. FRUIT BOWLS! Hell- look up the camera Lucida if you want to have the conversation about tracing as a tool too!

I'm so excited for y'all to get your grubby little hands on these! They look SO good. I'll post some pictures in the next couple days to give you a better look.

I am not immune to backwards hat Shane.... Or using him as bait for y'all. #HeatedRivalry #ShaneHollander

A digital drawing of Shane from Heated Rivalry sat on the ground, with one foot towards the camera, in matching white tube socks, boxer briefs, and a backwards baseball cap. He's smiling widely at the viewer as he pulls up one of his socks.

It may be the cutest Izzy that I've ever drawn... Definitely the cutest Stede.

Spookyween Part 2: Electric Boogaloo! I snuck in a second quick Halloween doodle and this time it's Izzy's first time carving pumpkins! He's VERY focused on the task at hand. 🎃🔪 #OFMD #IzzyHands #StedeBonnet #stizzy

A chibi style digital drawing/ doodle of Stede and Izzy sitting on spread out newspapers with pumpkins the size of their bodies on their laps. Stede's is carved into a classic jack-o'-lantern while Izzy works on scooping the innards from his. Behind them is a starry night sky.

Shane has taken his favourite seat and Ilya is in his happy place. #hollanov #HeatedRivalry #thehatstayson

A digital drawing of Shane straddling Ilya's chest with one hand buried in Ilya's curls and the other braced between his thighs as Ilya buries his face as deeply as he can between Shane's cheeks.

Ilya's cock is leaking a growing puddle on his stomach as Shane tips his head back in pleasure. Both are nude aside from Shane's backwards hat and white crew socks.

SHOP DROP - OCTOBER 12TH Adding lots of new keyrings, prints, and original artwork to my ko-fi store!

Illustration drawn in blue ink to advertise a shop drop on Monday the 12th of October. The date is written on a banner between a fox head and a bat, and "shop drop" is written into the leaves of the horse chestnut branches that frame the fox head.

That's kind of where I'm at with most (primarily) streaming TV at this point though. I miss proper seasons of shows. I miss them being long enough to get the occasional fun bottle episode... And it not taking 3 years between seasons. 🙃 4 episodes is crazy though. Just make a movie at that point.

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Real. If/ when the little theatre in my library does a showing I'll probably go see (the original release) then. Otherwise I'm in no real rush and will see it on the high seas eventually.

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

I think the last thing I actually watched was Thunderbolts* (for obvious reasons) and even that was super late. Between everything getting spoiled immediately, the fatigue of them constantly cranking stuff out, and the quality drop I just can't be arsed. 🙃

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

I FINISHED SOME ART!!!!! Did I only finally finish it at like 2am and have only just finished faffing about with glazing it/ writing alt text/ drafting all my posts everywhere? Who's to say 🙃... But it's DONE! And I even like it!

1160

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Yup. But I've also been checked out of it for a WHILE so meh.

111

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I really wanted to work on art this afternoon but there's no way in hell that's happening, at least not without a loooooooong rest/ nap. I can't even hold my stylus right now.

080

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Chronic fatigue is wild- what do you mean *literally* all I've done today is unpack/ put away my grocery order and now I'm so exhausted that I can't stand up without collapsing?

1181

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

The franchise is dying. They're going to milk every last cent out of anything that was actually popular/ did well in theatre.

110

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Even with a nap this afternoon I don't think I have the energy for art tonight now that I'm home from the tenants union teach-in. 😭😭😭 If only I could sleep more than an hour a night lately on top of my chronic fatigue. 🙃

Started a new drawing! .....well, I actually started a few but this is the one I hate the least! Did you know that I'm actually bad at art? (I'm not fishing, just having a bad art day and am frustrated about it 😭)

A closely cropped screenshot of an in progress digital drawing of Shane in a backwards baseball cap with his head tipped back in pleasure.

A close-up from the same WIP of *some* of Ilya's face where it's buried between Shane's cheeks, Shane's hand gripping his hair.

I'm back on my bullshit! ...That bullshit being drawing dicks and butts. The boys are VERY excited about it. 😉 #heatedrivalry #hollanov #nsfwart

A digital drawing of a nude Ilya leaned over Shane's back as his lips brush the side of Shane's face. One of his hands wraps around Shane's middle while the other pulls down his boxer briefs revealing his faintly stretch marked ass. His cock leaks where it rests against Shane's plush cheek. Shane's head is tipped back and his lips are parted in bliss. Ilya's necklace rests against his shoulder blade.

Thank youuuuu! This one I am actually pretty happy with where it landed. It was just a struuuuuugle.

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

I also started this one but I'm REALLY not happy with Ilya's likeness.... And YES I did use the same reference photo for Shane. Mind your business! 😉

Weird BUT I'm otherwise bad at making friends soooo if you ever want someone to hit the library for a movie with DM me! We can tell off assholes together. 🙃

110

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Truly. At least if you're likely to be upset by it. Especially during what is ramping up to be an excellent explicitly queer horror season. God, I love the film theatre.

020

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

The pair behind me definitely gave off the vibe of not knowing what the movie was about- tittering and making offended noises and immediately bailing I originally thought the same about that group, but even if that was the case they chose to be shits about it.

110

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Fair. There was a loud cough right after you said something and it would track for them to be that petty.

110

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

I thank you for your service! 👏 It was probably for the best that you got to them before me. 🙃 Did one of them cough at you?

110

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Right? One pair sat down and jostled my seat as much as possible, saw gay kissing, tittered and immediately left. The other trio had to be called out by the person in front of them and then left as disruptively as possible. 😐

120

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

My library is so fucking rad! And the film program is incredible. It is a lovely little bubble in the pretty conservative place I live. (Though my entire neighborhood in general is also that way... Hence why I live here 🙃)

010

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

But it was Leviticus tonight and Camp Miasma recently so the theatre programming folks have clearly decided that it's explicitly queer horror movie season, and I love them for it. 🖤

120

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

It's just the little library theater so it was the only movie... But I'm guessing they didn't read the synopsis before coming. BOTH groups that were being shitty were also late too. 🙃😐

KittyMewes @kittymewes.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

I love watching a film about queer religious trauma with homophobes sitting in the row behind me. 😐

WASHI TAPE IS ON ITS WAY!!! (to me) The manufacturer has finished the HR washi tape (and stickers, but I have no good pictures of them so I'm holding my breath for when they get here) and it's on its way to me! 1/2

A photos of 3 rolls of the HR themed washi tape that Kitty designed. One in each colour- green, blue, and purple.
