The trainer yesterday said Rocket needs 16 hours of snooze time a day. Besides being mildly envious of this, we’re making an effort to encourage snooze time. He likes falling asleep to Adam Savage’s #Tested, though sometimes odd machine noises startle him.

My aunt was happy that I made one of my grandmother’s favorite cake recipes for a recent get-together. In that spirit, she sent me a cookbook with a note reading, “These are a lot like your granny’s recipes - I hope you enjoy it.” Can’t wait to try it.

Daily supplements with breakfast. Yes, they’re gummies because 1) I have trouble swallowing tablets, 2) they taste nice, and 3) I’m an adult, so it’s my own damn choice. I can give a list if anyone’s curious to my regimen. 😁

Gummies full of vitamins, minerals, and a few other things - if you need to take supplements, they might as well be enjoyable.
