Started a new job this week, and I knew it was in a much more rural, and therefore conservative area than where I live, but damn, I wasn’t expecting them to be so clique-y and clearly unwelcoming. Being visibly queer really sucks sometimes.

I had my endometriosis excision surgery yesterday! It went well, for the most part, except that several of my organs are fused together from the endo and my surgeon did not feel comfortable seperating it, so is referring me to another specialist. Which also means the endo will definitely grown back.

Losing my senior dog has been hard in ways I never expected, especially since he was our only dog. I spilled food on the floor today, and immediately pointed at it and called him to clean up. He loved helping me in the kitchen and I miss my little sous chef so much. #petloss #petgrief
