A photo of my desktop with the monitor displaying a scene from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. My player character is talking to Flora, one of my island’s villagers. Flora says “I was legit SO worried you’d never come back again! But you diiiiiiid!”

happy halloween!! unfortunately gengar still does not realise his little son is actually a ditto (but is very impressed with the mega size of this ‘costume’) ;v; alt-text for animation below!

An animated short of Gengar and his little Gengar-transformed Ditto ‘son’ preparing for a night of trick-or-treating. Gengar dresses his ‘son’ in a sheet with two cut-out holes and is amused. When he pulls off the sheet to make adjustments, his ‘son’, assuming that Gengar wants him to be a scary ghost for Halloween, transforms into a big Mega Gengar form. Gengar, not knowing his son is a Ditto, is taken aback with shock. Cut to next scene showing Gengar, very earnestly but struggling to carry a happy Mega Gengar on his back while out trick-or-treating with Haunter and Gastly. Haunter and Gastly aren’t quite sure what to think about Gengar-Ditto’s new ‘costume’.

happy mid-autumn and yummy mooncake season friends! (a teeny bit late this year but i could never pass up drawing bunnies on fun mooncake structures + starry night skies ❤️ alt-text for animation below!)

An animated illustration in isometric view of a small anthropomorphic bunny nestled in the center of a giant lotus flower on a pink mooncake. It is night time during Mid-Autumn with a full moon and a meteor shower lighting ip the sky. Stars streak over the bunny and she gazes upwards, enjoying the view with a hot cup of tea. Beside her sits a singing tiny frog. The giant lotus flower’s petals and surrounding flora wave gently in the night breeze.

drew this for malaysia’s independence day and wanted to add some little rainforest friends to nom with tiger <3 (also helloo! it’s been a while!) alt for animation below!

A looping animated illustration of a small tiger, a hornbill and a tapir eating nasi lemak - rice simmered in coconut milk, served on a banana leaf with a hard-boiled egg, sambal, anchovies, peanuts and sliced cucumbers. The tiger is snuggled into a coffee cup as the tapir nibbles on a cucumber slice. The hornbill is perched atop the tapir’s head, eating peanuts. As the tapir bends its head forward to take a bite out of its cucumber slice, a peanut from the stash the hornbill is holding drops onto the tapir’s head, which it promptly pecks up.

this was a little collaboration with Divoom at IG for their adorable Ditoo Pro speaker! so much fun dabbling in pixels ❤️ alt for animation below!

An animated illustration of a floating island in space among twinkling stars. On the island is a Divoom Ditoo Pro speaker, blooming with plants, its screen displaying a pixel-style cat head. There are 3 grey kittens around the Ditoo Pro - one napping on top of the speaker and the other two gazing curiously at the pixel cat on the screen.

this was my first story-based short of Gengar and his Ditto ‘son’! just a little fun thing - i love imagining that Gengar is trying to be a good role model but is constantly befuddled by Ditto’s transformations <3 alt-text for animation below!

An animated illustration showing the Pokémon character Gengar making an Eevee hat from felt and glue for his 'son', a little Gengar-transformed Ditto. They are sitting on the floor, surrounded by crafting supplies. Gengar proudly holds up his crafted Eevee hat, pasted with felt patches, a wobbly googly eye and floppy ears. He presents it to his 'son', who very innocently misinterprets that Gengar wants him to transform into an Eevee. Ditto-Gengar shapeshifts into Eevee, then noticing the hat's homemade quirks, adjusts his face to imitate the hat's patchy look and malfunctioning googly eye. Gengar, who has completely no idea that his 'son' is actually a Ditto, is taken aback by the transformations.

inspired by the cutest Godiva x Pikmin collab i picked up in Tokyo! it reminded me of how much i’ve wanted to draw Pikmin for ages 💖

A top view of flower-shaped chocolate tin. The lid is decorated with a big white flower and 3 Pikmin (yellow, blue and red), and the words 'Godiva meets Pikmin'.

A top view of the inside of the tin. There are 3 round chocolates on the top, and a rectangular-shapes chocolate below. Designs on the chocs, clockwise: a running Red Pikmin, a falling Yellow Pikmin, a landscape of white flowers against a blue sky with the text 'Godiva meets Pikmin', and a blue Pikmin carrying a strawberry.

2024 has been quite the rollercoaster ride! i've been taking the time to rest and recover from some health matters this year and couldn't make as much as i'd hoped, but it was still lovely slowly easing back into art <3 really excited to create more things in 2025! (alt-text for animation below!)

A collection of 4 illustrated animations, with my picture in the center. Clockwise from the left: 1) a mother dragon and her baby celebrating spring with a hotpot meal, with the mum blowing flames to heat up the hotpot; 2) A tea cafe on a mooncake-shaped island, with a barista bunny; 3) A snack shop in the shape of a Pocky box, with a shopkeeper smiling at her kitty customers; 4) Gengar placing a witch's hat onto his Gengar-transformed Ditto "son", and being puzzled by what seems to be different Pokemon (actually Ditto transformations) when he lifts the hat. In my picture, i'm holding my Ditto-Gengar plushie son, my precious, whom i affectionately call "Gengy".

(they may or may not have known the capybaras were just returning from their lunch break 💦) alt-text for animation below!

An animated illustration of the Pokémon Gengar and his little "son," a Gengar-transformed Ditto, enjoying a soak in an outdoor onsen during winter. Gengar is relaxing in a large teacup-shaped bath with a yuzu fruit on his head, eyes closed with a big smile, while Ditto-Gengar sits in his own mini-bath in a small wooden pail next to him. In the background, two capybaras, the original inhabitants of the onsen, watch with mild annoyance as they wait for them to leave. Snowflakes drift softly from the sky around them.
