Phase 1 trial, so the focus is safety. ~75% of recurrence for tnbc is in the first 3 years, with a 40% overall recurrence, so 16/18 w/no recurrence is within normal variance. If it were 18/18 I might feel differently (even if it would still not be conclusive).
