Art heist alert! My framed drawing Akron Ladders III was stolen from a gallery in East Sussex. It’s a very distinctive drawing that was shown in the RA Summer Exhibition 2024. Let me know if you spot it anywhere. It’s hard enough being an artist at the moment without having to deal with thievery.

It’s still raining so I’m finishing this beast of a drypoint plate which is part of my Glass Ceiling series. This is of Liverpool Street Station and I’m documenting it before they ‘modernise’ the bejesus out of it and it becomes just another anonymous mall with trains in it. #liverpoolstreetstation

I’m very excited to have been selected for the pre-eminent annual open exhibition for drawing in the UK - the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize. 83 drawings from over 2,000 submissions were shortlisted. The exhibition is open from 9th to 19th October 2025 and will then tour into 2026. #drawing

Cracking Private View last night at the Mall Galleries for the New English Art Club Annual Exhibition. My drawing ‘Seskin Point II’ was beautifully hung in the North Gallery. The artist Diana Armfield was there and very inspiring - she’s 105 and still going strong!
