This is Orange loving her time this morning at the beach. The beach is covered in the remains of dead birds. The birds have likely died because the warmer than normal water temps have greatly reduced the fish they eat and they have likely starved to death. It's Global Warming, not climate change.

I think the big name athletes do feel like they need the money that bad. That and the likelihood that they don't understand math, or a lot of things, pretty much at all, so they don't understand the damage they are helping to create.

I would argue that during WWII the ability of a lot of people to give up all hope of surviving the war helped those people make the sacrifices necessary to defeat the Nazis. It need not be giving in to despair so much as grim determination.

Maybe there's more to this. If so, please educate me. What I found was: she spoke at a ribbon cutting ceremony in 2010 as Speaker of the California State Assembly. I live in the Bay Area, so this is not my vote. But this doesn't appear to be enthusiastically supporting the cult of Scientology.

I think this was the fourth time I had the privilege of voting for Aisha Wahab. The work is not done, there will be an election for the full term again in November. I'm sure the money will flow to her opponent, Hernandez, from the same two AIPAC affiliated super pacs.

Couldn't agree more. I was reading at a 5th grade reading level at the start of 7th grade when I began reading my sister's copy of The Hobbit. I finished the series by the end of the 8th grade and was reading well above my peers. The arc of my life was forever changed.
