the pinnacle of art is a life well lived. I've come to that conclusion recently which has encouraged me to spend more time with the people I love. more art soon.

I'll never dip or stop doing art without publicly stating so, not because of a sense of obligation, but out of respect for the people who do care for my art. things have definitely slowed down given work and where I'm at in my artistic journey but they'll never stop.

that being said, I should note I've also been busy running the non-profit I started with my brother. so while I'm spread pretty thin given multiple responsibilities at once, It's still chugging along.

I've started working on the next project. to those of you who remember, Hala is missing came about because of another project which ended up being put on hold. that project is called "trash, the dog who saved the world" and is --as it stands-- indended to be a book with illustrations.

an update on what I've been doing: but first, have some designs i donated to a local cat shelter.

I'll try my best to keep everything online but updating all the links that initially went to tapas alone will be a nightmare. so, just a heads up.

kinocomix @kinocomix.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

hey, with the news of tapas shutting down please be patient with me as i slowly go through the process of migrating to a different website. I'm going to have to repost my entire archive including all of Almost home, attic archive, zouaves and hala is missing.
