Ah looks like I still get an extreme anxiety spike when I hear dad (or anyone) yelling, even if it's not directed at me (it's not..this weekend so far), fight or flight response going hard even though I'm just hearing up upstairs while I sit in the basement in my old bedroom (a hoarder room now)

(My sister is the same way, but she is tech savvy enough she will literally research for hours until she finds the exact argument to beat you, I've seen her come back over a day later to 'prove' me wrong about something instead of just..letting it go)
