my suggestion is getting used 16inch huion or xp pen for cheap you dont know what you can snag on FB marketplace or local used market site. I got a used Wacom one 13 inch screen tablet for like 80 bux because the owner just simply don't use it...that wacom retail for 600bux btw.

Just don't get Kamvas 22/24 (plus) i cant vouch for the pro version great tablet but the digitizer(the part where it detect your pen and drawing) are destined to die after 3-4 years and you have to pry it open and solder a new wire to >fix it. currently using a Xp pen and its fantastic so far.

What nibs did you get on the kakuno? Pilot/Japanese fountain pen are notoriously too thin and scratchy for smaller sizes(compared to European counterpart). extra fine is borderline unusable for me....
