If it falls down rabbit holes insisting my code doesn't do X when I know for a fact it does, Hard to see that it wouldn't push the button if it could/allowed. LLMs seem to "put the blinders on", where they get hyper focused on one thing and wont deviate from it unless you forcefully steer them away

I believe they are "just" PC case locks that has been repurposed (like how a lot of chastity cages repurposed keyway blockers for their locks) i.e. www.fjmsecurity.com/product?id=M... But I've not found a decent source for them (not that I have looked too hard either)

I once had one of the two locking posts start getting loose, like the pics show seems like the middle lock post is fastened to the belt with a screw, so yeah over time they will prob come loose. How I fixed mine back in the day was to use a shit ton of red loctite lol. Happy you fixed it :-)

As you squeeze the outside the air pressure in the cavity would increase. If you were have a few cavities and a sensor in each, with some data modelling, you should be able to determine "where" the squeeze was.

If you are going to cast your own, or are able to cast a "cap" to en existing form, you could mould (or cut) a cavity in the silicone and put in a barometric air pressure sensor (something like the BMP581) into the cavity (cap seal the cavity if you cut one into something existing). (cont)

One of (but not the only) reasons I got into the padded lifestyle was the extra freedom it gives over having to stop what you’re doing for potty breaks.. Gigs, festivals, movies, scenes. Plus you don’t have to worry about finding a clean room toilet (always a hassle at feastivals). 🤣

Just had a quick look on the github, handles for fading is planned for the 5.0 milestone - github.com/audacity/aud... Its been an issue since 2022 - a sign to me of how much of a PITA it would be under the old system. So yeah Fingers crossed 🤞 this is just a stepping stone to better audio app.

Just out of interest. Did you watch the video the (iirc) lead dev put out months ago (this one www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYM3... )? The majority of changes in the 4.0 release are under the hood changes, fixing tech debt, so they can make it much easier to make changes. So hopefully it will get better

Under a number of conventions, it is... (Where do you think The Expanse got the "idea" from?) There is a safety exception, but that does mean they can "just ignore" the call for help, but allows them to limit assistance to for example coordinating with authorities to make sure help is on its way.

TL;DR: I cloned the remote. Captured & decoded the signal the remote sends to a shock collar, Wired up a 433Mhz transmitter to my LatchLock project (433Mhz is the main ISM freq here) and I have the microcontroller running the LatchLock on the chair broadcast out the signal when required.
