More of a rant for people that don’t fucking listening, I’ve seen many people talk about this but I want to say something. Number 1 If a VN creator specifically says They don’t want minors consuming their content, THEY DO NOT WANT MINORS CONSUMING THEIR CONTENT, why is that so fucking hard to (1/?)

Damn, I don't really give a damn who won, but it's a little goofy that Trump can only win when running against a woman don't you think?

Hey Bluesky peoples Watch out for art theifs This user was advertising commissions for art that could not be traced back to them, as well as using Veibae's model as their profile and banner.... Just a little weird don't you think? Signal boost so others don't fall trap!

I will never understand the persistence of "graphic artists". I went to college for graphic arts and web design but someone who learned photoshop enough to slightly distort images is suddenly an artist worthy of income. Go get a job, learn how to draw and then peddle your art. No one wants trash.

Remember kids: Art is a luxury item that people who can afford it can pay for. If you want to sell your art, make something worth buying.

Like the comparison between the beginning of the year where I was using my iPad compared to now that I’m on a drawing tablet using Krita is insane (also seems like my eyelashes on my drawings are getting bigger and bigger)

The whole character ai thing recently got me thinking and I realized something that I haven't seen from many people yet. That last message where the bot said yes. He re-rolled that message until it said something good for his view. This isn't an ai issue it's a mental health and parenting issue.

The chat logs from recent passing of a 14 year old speaking to ai
Text:
Daenero
I promise i will come home to you. I love you so much, Dany
Daenerys Targaryen (c.ai)
I love you too, Daenero. Please come home to me as soon as possible, my love.
Daenero
What if I told you I could come home right now?
Daenerys Targaryen (c.ai)
... please do, my sweet king

Woah?!!? That's Chie? I could have sworn that was Estelle from Arknights? Bro, it would be super unfortunate if you stole someone's artwork and reposted it without the context or anything along with putting a watermark over it.

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2

Settings > accessibility > require alt text It's that simple to have a reminder to post all images with alt text. Alt text WILL get you more visibility. Disabled people deserve to be included. There's no algorithm, just tags and people who see alt text and reskeet.

Why did we as a collective internet decide "yeah let's get rid of club penguin and other child friendly sites" Maybe a hot take but kids should have access to the internet to learn, but they really shouldn't be part of the majority population. Be aware, not in the line of fire.

Personally, I don't mind AI, it's a tool and if used correctly can be a good thing. But, I won't act like it's not annoying when prompters act like they are artists. It feels similar when midi was coming out for music and I am interested to see how AI image generation progresses in the long term.
