Had a great three-day weekend playing baseball, seeing friends around the region, playing golf, and even got to watch the Green Bay Packers beat the Chicago Bears for the millionth time in my life. And the weather was great! I’m very grateful.

Went to the final Hanshin game of the regular season. Teru Sato didn’t get HR 40 this week because apparently Hiroshima and Yakult really don’t care for him like that. They threw everything super outside so he would either walk or foul or ground out. Was a really fun season despite all the rain.

It had been too long since gang had a Kobe day, but we took it slow and made a few stops on the Hanshin line for sake. There’s a lot of 500+ year old distilleries along the train line, and they mostly have a share point dads system, and good cross promo to help you leave about each one.

This dude jumped in the Dotonbori river climbed out, and then back, flipped back in when security guards told him to get out. And then he climbed back up and then backflip again one more time before finally getting out.

Seeing Meguro Tokyo and Chiba city on TV having so much trouble after the typhoon makes me thankful I was able to adjust plans and get home early. Grateful for the friends I have in Tokyo and from abroad, and also for my friends here back in Kansai with whom I had a great barbecue today. 🤤

Fighting off the "people already in Tokyo for TGS" FOMO to prepare a Baito Fight!! patch before I too head off towards the crowded Eastern Capital. I think we nailed the difficulty balance for batting with trackpads and mice now (gamepads have been perfect since before launch). #gamedev #indiedev

Played baseball all morning for the first time in June, before it got too hot to play a 2nd game after 11am.🥵 Afterwards I hit the conbini up for some refreshments, and I got 日本語めっちゃ上手’d for the first time in so long.🗣️ It was refreshing. 🥹
