Imo, the use of “bracket x” is less effective compare to more historical and suggestive words like low, mid, and high power. Is there a reason you have 5 brackets or could you consider eliminating bracket 1 (which isn’t used in my experience) and use low, mid, and high power + cedh?

I have a Tawnos the Toymaker commander deck that is all about beasts. For a while I’ve wanted an alter of Beast from the X-men with this panel. Are there any magic alterists interested in a job like this or any I should reach out to who are taking commissions? Thanks! 🙏

Maybe they should have done “Super Legendary” that works like the old legendary rule. Otherwise, you get games like this! 😅 Smaug VS Thorin VS Beorn VS Elrond | The Hobbit Commander Gameplay! youtu.be/zsF2o_wBXZc

A lot of the Mystery Booster Commander cards look really cool, but I'm super unimpressed by the Rulebreaker stuff. They all feel very clunky and forced - basically doing them for the sake of it rather than because they actually create cool deckbuilding or game play compared to normal cards.

I have two infect commanders with Vorinclex and Jin Sakai. They are technically bracket 2 decks, but they don’t feel like it most of the time. Should infect be a sudo bracket 4 like land destruction or are you also a Phyrexian sleeper agent like me?

Bracket 3. Especially as you are not on blue so you don’t have redundancy.

Why are people so desperate to make new formats when a solid rule zero discussion is all you need for 99% of the desired changes to your commander game? I really think people just aren’t willing or able to have a regular conversation anymore.

For my Prismatic Deck challenge I have Liberty Prime as my Jeskai commander and it plays pretty uniquely for these colors. What is your favorite Jeskai commander or deck type? It seems like it’s a pretty slept on color pairing.

Let your friends tell you how they would have won the #commander game. I mean you already won and they deserve a bit of dopamine after not paying for all those Smothering Tithe / Rhystic Study triggers.

Kingdoms @kingdomstv.bsky.social · 12/06/2026

Do you think most “active” #commander players play primarily with a group of friends or with randos at their LGS? I ask because so many of the negative experiences I hear about only seem possible if you are playing with someone for the first time.

There is a lot that has been and could be said about Universes Beyond products, but the Super Heroes set has really solidified how important the Story is, for me. MTG in universe worlds have not been perfect lately, but even the hat sets felt better. Anyway, planeswalkers assemble, I guess…

I played with Zell a bit early on, but then Quistis and Irvine the rest of the game. I always pronounced her name “Quitis” though…

This is great in many decks. Especially non black decks. Instant speed reanimation outside of black is so rare!

I got fed up with the secret lair experience after the Goblinstorm debacle earlier. To the point that I have a bunch of SL’s I’m going to sell and be done with it. However, as I decide what to price them at I’m concerned I’m as bad as the scalpers if I sell at the current market price. Thoughts?

Wizards making new cards specifically for commander has only hurt the format. All commander precons should be reprints or cards printed in regular sets.

Even though things might be over quickly it can still be a good time! There have been some amazing sets for these commander variants lately. Pauper commander is such an interesting space and #avatar did not disappoint. Thanks @thejalapenopepper.bsky.social & the cPDH Guide for the game.

What’s a combo you play in #commander that you don’t usually see except in your deck? I have some combos in my Bruna deck that I have only ever seen in my deck and it’s a special kind of high explaining it to someone for the first time.

I struggle with Mana Crypt being banned primarily because Sol Ring was not banned too. I see that the likelihood of Sol Ring ever being cut is super low. However, moving forward, I’m going to actively try and destroy early game Sol Rings. You have been warned. 😂
