Sometimes I sit down in the garden of the house and just do something else while the music plays on my headphones. #ffxiv

Screenhsot from my ffxiv miquote characters, from the back, sitting in front of his house in the mistm surrounded by glowy flowers and trees.

Even after over 20 years being an anime fan I have never gotten into blind boxes or gachapon, but I wanted one of these cuties to put on my bag. I can't put this adorable white floof on my bag, she would be dirty in 10 seconds! T.T Is this how it starts? #skullpanda

Summer evening after unlucky maps.

A screenshot from FFXIV showing my Miqo'te called Day sitting on a log next to some hydrangeas in the garden of his cottage in the mist as the sun sets.

After all these years, still pain. #ffxiv

A screenshot from Wondrous tails from ffxiv showing 9/9 seals, one line and one sticker ruining what could have been three lines.

Found a really nice space in the upper level of a very georgous house, this space is just an accident with the windows - but still very nice. I'm still on the lookout for the perfect minion for my cat, to travel along with him on all adventures. #ffxiv

Male Miqote FFXIV Character sitting in fron of windows, the picture is nearly black and white. On his shoulder is a small bird minion.

Favourite summer event activity - just floating around

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

Thank you, it was a nice way to spend a bit longer in the good fanfest feelings

After Fanfest I am a bit inspired to draw just a bit more again, at least in my sketchbook. Not looking for finished pictures or improvement, just ... some easy faces.

Anime style art out of a sketchbook, a charcter facing the viewrr looking to the upper right, slightly moody with wild, wavy hair. Messy, sketchy, the paper slightly warped by the very soft watercolours used to tint the picture. The baclgrund is just black lines.

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

Really nice way to keep it all together, looks awesome! And i spotted my cat~

010

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 04/08/2026

Yeah, I'm still workshopping that part - especially with my hands also being full, but there was the one person who had everyone write something in the book under the sticker, so ... doable and first things is surviving evercold and getting tickets next time ... and a flight and hotel and pto <.<

000

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

the hunt was absolutely worth it, looks really good - and nice to touch

010

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

people need to sign, talking about lessons to be learned haha - and I need to find a better way to store both my stickers and my trades This year was makeshift

110

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Honestly? I can't say, I threw the wire away before even trying to put it in again, it looked too small and I didn't want to risk damaging the paper. The ribbon is pretty uneven, but that might just be my lacking technique and it works, soooooo Next time I think I want to prep tiny nametag stickers

110

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

you as well, I love your sticker! also very pretty bun

000

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

yours is as well, your girl is so pretty! love the blue in blue and may I ask, what is the coatiing on the sticker? It's so nice to touch

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Yes, but honestly that was less work than it might seem. Even cutting the holes went quite quickly as soon as I found a rythm ... I think the hardest part was the normal how many and which stickers on which page question 🤡

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Hello, thank you for trading!

110

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Thank you - I took the whole book apart and used one of the sticker sheets as a guide to trace the holes on cardstock, then cut them out with a cutter. When all stickers were pasted I put the book back together with the satin ribbon, the red wire was too small, easy but busy work

110

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

Once again, thank you everyone who made Fanfest such a great time! Can't believe how many awesome people were there and how many more I missed out on trading with. Flipthrough Part 2.

The stickerbook with my treasures from the #Fanfestwolexchange is finished. It feels like #FFXIVFanfest is truly over now. Flipthrough Part 1.

I utterly enjoyed it. Next time, as long as money allows, I will try again. For now I have my memories and the charms I got from others have found their permanent place on my bag. The bracelets I got will become decoration for my sticker book, once it's all finished. Tldr: I loved fanfest.

000

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

And day two? The sticker trade was so overwhelming, but so much fun! Also I am amazed that I traded so many stickers and I still see so many more online that I do not have. Ah how I wish I could have traded with you as well, but at some point I had to leave the crowd.

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

After the Keynote and Opebnning ceremony I felt a bit aimless for a while, then I got my cute tattoos, tool pictures, did the quest, talked to a ton of people before even meeting up with the people I knew. And suddenly day one was already over!

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

Finally time for a little #FFXIVFanFest reminiscing. It was my first Fanfest and to be honest, my expectations were pretty low. I expected it to be like an Anime convention, 99% shopping and all other fun you better make with your friends. Instead there was so much to look at and do!

Thank you for trading! I'm adding pages, just took the book apart completely, but it will take a while to turn it all back into a book haha

I still can't believe #FFXIVFanFest is over. It was great, I had so much fun! Thank you @yomiakiya.bsky.social for organizing the #Fanfestwolexchange ! It was so great, so overwhelming, so many people, so many stunning WoLs. Quick pictures of the traded stickers below-thank you everyone!

Still so much time, can't wait! I haven't been this giddy in a long long time #FFXIVFanfest

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

Last just for fun craft for #FFXIVFanFest is finished.

Crafted sign with a strap made from beads showing a picture of my Warrior of Light and the text: "Hello! My WOL is called Daye Solstice don't ask me about my feelings about the 7.5 part 1 MSQ." With a strikethrough through the don't.

010

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

I think it shouel be possible to just add pages with the way the book is held together

010

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

hoffen wir sie finden alle neue Besitzer! :)

001

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

I'll fill the stickeralbum we get in the goodie bag and just add more pages to it, just because if they give it to us why not use it

I think I'm done making bead bracelets to give away at #FFXIVFanFest in Berlin. That's it, my fingers hurt.

Over 50 handmade bead bracelets on a grey background with different FFXIV achievement titles in letter beads.

Non spoilery patch thoughts: I enjoyed it, I have questions, I am very amused because of reasons concerning my wol and the msq was a bit shorter than I expected - which I'm grateful for, since I'm sooo tired now. Patch was made for me lol

000

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 06/04/2026

I have read a lot about how in NA people have WoL sticker trades, I wonder if that is actually also a thing in EU, I'm so out of the loop hahaha I also think I'm going to Fanfest alone - that's what it looks like as of now, so that will be interesting.

100

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

Still can't quite believe it, I got a EU Fanfest ticket

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

Nearly through with 6.3 again with the bunboy, soon, soon he can go on the summer holiday! I'm still not sure how he will handle being the mentor, still thinking about that.

Male viera from FFXIV wearing purple sunglasses looking toward the left, close cropped to only shop the head and shoulders, towards the right side of the picture in front of a blurry Old Sharlayan and sunset skies.

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 20/02/2026

I know the mails for EU Fanfest are going out in waves but ... every second I don't have a mail makes me already think I won't get one hahaha Usually I'm not negative, but I'm bad at waiting and hoping for mails

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 20/02/2026

Urgh, I love my bunboy, he is so pretty! I still can't get over it and he'll soon be in Dawntrail. (I can'r wait to play the story again, I enjoyed it very very much.)

kindevyel @kindevyel.bsky.social · 14/12/2025

Ok, yesterday I got through FF14 patch 7.2 and 7.3 - today it's time for the raids and then I should be set for 7.4 on tuesday! (I'll need a few more ilevels for the new raid though >.< ) I really enjoyed the patches! But the end ... fjhfh ... who are you ... why are you still around?
