Agree 100%. They're serious people with serious power and they've spent serious money. They're not going to just say oh shucks looks like we lost and walk away. The election, if it's allowed to happen, will only be the beginning. The real fight comes after.

As an historian, I feel strongly that our democracy is in great peril no matter what happens in November. They will 100% not go away just because they lose an election.

Lightning quick mashed potatoes, breakfast potatoes, fried potatoes with sausage and onions, and my all time fave Korean sweet soy potatoes which cook up in no time flat and you'd better make extra so there'll be leftovers!

Do you can potatoes? I'm always amazed by all the things I can make with my canned potatoes and by how far they stretch a meal. And so easy to can, too!

Learn to make sourdough because once you grow (or buy) your starter all you'll need to make bread is flour, water, and a little bit of salt. No yeast, because the yeast exists in your starter. Trust me, it's way easier than it sounds and a loaf of good bread makes a meal stretch a *lot* further.

Don't forget water, pet food/supplies, and warm blankets and clothing because heat is going to be reeeaaallly expensive this winter.
